Introduction
As far as memory manufacturers go, Crucial is a relative new kid on the block. They were created by Micron in 1996 as a major memory manufacturer for end users. Yep, that's right, the big boys at Micron were thinking of you when they created Crucial. Doesn't that make you feel special? Actually, all kidding aside, I am rather pleased that a massive company like Micron would create a company just to tailor to the needs of regular people like you and me. Way to go Crucial!
Up on the review slab today is Crucial's own Ballistix PC2-6400 2GB kit. This memory comes stock clocked at DDR2-800 speeds and processes 6.4GBs of memory bandwidth. That my friends is some smoking memory!!
